One of our favorite products to install around the shop, the Progression Ignition Programmable Mapping Distributor is for the do-it-yourselfer or the experienced tuner. This ignition system offers unparalleled ignition timing function right through your mobile device! Just install the distributor 10-degrees before top dead center, make your wiring connections (there’s only 3), download the app from your favorite playstore and you are ready to roll.
We’ve had numerous cars come through our shop that ran rough and had done for years, despite exhaustive tunning efforts. Adding this distributor, which allowed us to properly map the ignition timing changed both the idle and overall performance of these vehicles considerably. Like no other device we have found, this gives us cell by cell adjustability right on the fly by either adjustments made while driving or parked in the shop.
You may wonder how this can be an anti-theft device. Each distributor comes with its own unique PIN code. This enables you to turn off your ignition completely so there’s no spark. Simply activate or deactivate the distributor through your mobile device using your Blue Tooth connection, making it a fantastic anti-theft device.

The Progression Ignition distributor is your all-in-one solution for high performance ignition. This Small Cap version is CNC machined from billet aluminum. Uses a remote mount coil.
