  • This upgrade requires cutting and welding, so professional installation is recommended.
    If you’re an experienced DIY fabricator, you can install it yourself — and we’re always here if you need support or have questions.
  • The trunk hinge lower support bracket will need fabrication, and 1965–1966 models may require some extra massaging of the interior quarter panel for the best fit.
  • To get the most wheel clearance possible, we suggest rolling or lightly trimming the quarter panel lips.
    Just be sure to avoid cutting through the original factory spot welds.
  • Wheel size will vary based on suspension setup and wheel offset.
    On 1965–1966 Mustangs we’ve comfortably fit 20×8.5 wheels, and 1967–1970 cars often allow even more room.
  • Every kit is hand-built in the USA by American fabricators, with custom widths available if your build has unique needs — just contact us.
