Keep your Mustang cool with our Mega Cool IV Performance Radiator Kit! This aluminum crossflow radiator offers far superior cooling than a standard downflow radiator. The larger surface, superior crossflow design, dual fans and aluminum material all offer marked advantages over traditional stock radiator set ups. This kit is a must for late model 5.0 roller cam motor conversions! Ideally suited for small block Ford applications.
We utilize a proprietary bracket set up made specifically for the classic Mustang & Falcon. This is NOT a universal kit! Our brackets allow for easy, straight forward installation. We’ve staggered the dual electric fans for the purpose of clearing the troublesome Ford water pump that prohibits many electric fan applications. The dual electric fan setup pulls enough air over the entire radiator core to keep coyotes and any small block applications happy, assisted by an enclosed aluminum fan shroud!
The dual Spal electric puller type fans consist of brushed fan motors, 10-blades (each) and an approximate depth of 2.05″, allowing this set up to have appropriate clearances for the water pump pulley etc.

Battery relocation or trimming of the battery tray will be required
Some trimming of the radiator core support will be required, allowing more air flow over the radiator surface and allotting for more space between the fans and water pump.

- Automatic transmission versions are equipped with an automatic transmission cooler that features 1/2-20 threaded ports for standard 5/16″ line nuts (5/16 steel lines can be purchased with line nuts from your local parts store)
*Radiator cap* Currently no cap is included, we have found these caps to be good quality and a good fit. Stant 10329 for 13 lb application, Stant 10330 for 16 lb applications.

I had originally purchased a radiator fan setup from power by the hour which they said would keep my coyote motor cool it did ok in the winter but once summer got here in Arizona 110 degrees the fan motor burned up and my car overheated so I ordered a moshimoto race fan but it still was getting up over 230 degrees and wasn’t coming down… I decided to order this radiator fan set up from auto works parts and I’m very pleased with it. It’s still 110 here and my car runs around 205 when I’m driving and around 220 when stopped in traffic which I believe is perfect for the gen 3 motor the only issue is the bottom inlet is 1 3/4 and my coyote motor is 1 1/2 so had to put 2 hoses together to make it work and the vent tub is pointing out instead of to the side or at a 45 but I made it work. It also looks really clean and fit perfect between my frame rails.
